Chief Integration and Market Intelligence Officer

Buket Huber is the Chief Integration and Market Intelligence Officer at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo) since August 2020.

Prior to joining HOPCo, Buket was the Chief Strategy Officer for Cleveland Clinic Florida where she spearheaded the successful integration of Martin Health and Indian River Hospital systems to create the $1.8B Cleveland Clinic Florida Health System. Through her leadership, the 5-hospital integration resulted in significant synergies and improvements in financial, operations and quality metrics. During her tenure at Cleveland Clinic Florida, she was responsible for developing, evaluating, and implementing various types of strategic partnerships; leading healthcare industry research and market analysis efforts; and developing regional growth plans. 

Prior to her role at Cleveland Clinic Florida, she served as a Strategy Partner for Cleveland Clinic enterprise for three years where she provided strategic guidance to internal stakeholders in the execution of partnerships, contracts negotiation, and implementation plans and managed relationships with partner organizations.

Buket began her career at Cleveland Clinic as an interpreter in 2002. Since then, she has had a progression of leadership roles within Cleveland Clinic that have included serving as the Administrator of Neurology, Neuromuscular and Sleep Disorders Center. In her Administrator role, she was responsible for the Sleep Disorders and Neuromuscular Center’s operations in 6 hospitals, 9 Family Health Centers, and 7 sleep labs with more than $35M in revenues. 

Raised in Istanbul, Turkey, Buket earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from University of Istanbul and Masters of Business Administration Degree from Cleveland State University.
