Chief Financial Officer
Karin Meyer currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for HOPCo. Karin is a highly respected health finance executive with more than 20 years of experience managing financial operations for dynamic public and private corporations.
Prior to joining HOPCo, Meyer was Vice President of Accounting and Controller for the AMR Division of Envision Healthcare. This division, with $2.3 billion in revenue, is the country’s largest medical transportation company with more then 28,000 clinicians and services more than 2,100 communities . Coming to Envision through the acquisition of Rural Metro, Meyer was integral with the financial integration of the merged companies and streamlined the accounting and financial process. Prior to merging with ARM, at Rural Metro, she was part of the Executive team as Vice President of Accounting that successfully entered and emerged from Chapter 11 within 5 months and 50% less debt.
Prior to her time at Rural Metro, she served in various finance and accounting roles within healthcare at both Medicis and Wolters Kluwer. She is a licensed CPA and started her career at Arthur Andersen after graduation Summa Cum Laude with her Finance Degree from Arizona State University.
