Chief Financial Officer

LeAnne Stewart serves as Chief Financial Officer of Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo), where she leads enterprise-wide financial strategy, capital planning, and fiscal operations across the organization’s national musculoskeletal platform. She oversees accounting, treasury, financial reporting, human resources, supply chain, and resource allocation to support HOPCo’s rapid global expansion. 

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare finance, in both public and private equity backed companies, Stewart brings a strong track record of leading multi-entity, multi-state health systems through periods of growth, integration, and operational optimization. Prior to joining HOPCo, she held C-level roles at Axia, 21st Century Oncology, and CRC Health Group.  She is Board member and Audit Committee Chair in numerous  healthcare organizations including Thrive Pet Healthcare, Health Connect America, and Ivy Physical Therapy. 

Known for her analytical rigor and disciplined financial stewardship, Stewart has helped scale HOPCo’s infrastructure to support physician partnerships, health system joint ventures, and bundled payment models, as well as global expansion into countries such as the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Australia. Her ability to align financial operations with clinical and operational objectives has made her a key leader in HOPCo’s growth trajectory. 

LeAnne holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  She received her MBA from the Wharton School of Business. She is also a frequent contributor to healthcare financial strategy forums and serves as a mentor to emerging leaders in healthcare finance.
