Chief People Officer
Ryan Martin serves as HOPCo’s Chief People Officer, leading the company’s people strategy across talent acquisition and development, culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness to ensure HOPCo attracts, develops, and retains top talent to support its growth.
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and culture transformation, Ryan has a proven record of aligning talent strategies with business goals, building high-performance cultures, and guiding organizations through change.
Most recently, he was Vice President of Human Resources at Verra Mobility, where he drove strategic HR initiatives, boosted employee engagement, and significantly improved talent acquisition and retention. He also served as Interim Chief People Officer, overseeing global performance management, compensation, and organizational development.
Previously, Ryan spent over a decade at Mars Inc., leading global and regional HR teams across Mars Wrigley and Mars Petcare, where he managed large-scale transformations, post-merger integrations, and the implementation of best-practice people strategies.
He holds an MBA from Utah State University’s John M. Huntsman School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
