President, HOPCo Digital 

Tom Harte serves as President of HOPCo Digital, where he leads the global strategy, business development, and deployment of HOPCo’s enterprise digital health solutions. He is responsible for advancing the organization’s technology platform strategy, product innovation, and integration of digital tools that support value-based musculoskeletal care across provider, payor, and health system partnerships.  

A physician by training and entrepreneur by experience, Harte brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and digital product leadership. Working out of HOPCo’s London office,  

Tom joined the HOPCo team as part of the acquisition of Future Health Works, the company behind the myrecovery and msk.ai platforms, which he cofounded.  He has globally deployed digital tools that have transformed patient engagement, outcomes tracking, and orthopedic episode optimization. Under his leadership, these platforms support large-scale implementations across national health systems, medical device companies, and academic institutions.  He now oversees the integration of remote patient monitoring, AI-driven analytics, machine learning programs, and mobile engagement tools into HOPCo’s broader value-based care infrastructure. 

 Tom is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and holds a medical degree from the University of Manchester and earned a diploma in Spanish History & Culture from the Universidad de Salamanca. His leadership continues to drive HOPCo’s vision for digitally enabled, outcomes-focused musculoskeletal care.
