Chief Accounting Officer

Michael Przybyla, CPA, is a veteran accounting leader with over 20 years of experience in public accounting and large healthcare organizations.  Prior to joining HOPCo, Michael served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for VillageMD, where he led the accounting department while creating the internal structure to support a publicly traded entity.  He was also responsible for the accounting integration of VillageMD’s recent multibillion dollar acquisition and growth successes. 

Michael has also served in accounting leadership roles in OptumRX/Catamaran Corporation as well as PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a member of the Arizona State University School of Accountancy Professional Advisory Board.
