Chief Integration Officer

Sarah Muller serves as Chief Integration Officer at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo), where she leads an international, multidisciplinary team responsible for executing clinical and operational programs across HOPCo’s musculoskeletal platform. Her team supports the systems integrations of provider groups, ambulatory centers, and health system partners, with a focus on care delivery, practice management, support services, digital deployment, and continuous improvement. 

Prior to her current role, Muller served for a decade as HOPCo’s Executive Vice President of Quality and Clinical Care. In that capacity, she played a critical role in developing HOPCo’s proprietary analytics and Quality IT infrastructure, enabling protocol adherence monitoring, outcomes reporting, and provider performance tracking. She worked closely with physicians to establish clinical best practices, implement care redesign strategies, and drive value-based improvements in care delivery. 

A certified Physician Assistant with extensive clinical and operational experience, Muller is known for her ability to lead both strategic and tactical initiatives that drive performance, alignment, and scalability. Her leadership has been instrumental in ensuring seamless integration of new partners while maintaining HOPCo’s standards of clinical and operational excellence and financial performance.  

Muller holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University.
